Is In List Operator: New operator for workflow conditions that evaluates a comma-separated list of values and returns “True” if there is an exact match.

Send Survey via Email Task: A new Workflow task to send a survey via email when a workflow is triggered. You can send this survey to individual contacts, an entire mailing list, a sample, a segment, or a transaction group. This task offers improved functionality over the XM Directory task and should be used instead.

Automatic Survey Translation: You can now use Amazon or Google services to automatically translate your survey text.

Subdomain Redirects: Starting December 18, 2024, if your survey URL contains a subdomain that you do not own, then the survey URL will redirect to your base branded URL.
