CX Dashboards
- Measure Groups in Benchmarks: When you create a benchmark, you now have the option to use a measure group instead of a question.
Workflows
- Redact and Substitute Data Task: This new task can be added to ETL workflows to redact or substitute data from a loader task based on regex or substitution rules. This task can only be used with non-voice data.
XM Directory
- Summary Tab Updates: The top of the Summary tab now displays recently edited mailing lists and recommendations for improving your directory. There is also a favorites section, which displays any segments, lists, and samples you’ve marked as favorites.

Dashboards
- Creating a Custom Metric: When creating a custom metric, you can now choose the calculation level for the metric. This option replaces the “Ignore Breakouts” setting; widgets with “Ignore Breakouts” enabled have automatically been changed to have a calculation level of “Total,” which accomplishes the same widget behavior.
Extensions
- Health Connect Extension: With the new version of Health Connect, you can make sure that the patient info in your Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system is synced with Qualtrics XM Directory.
XM Discover
- Viewing Studio as Another User: Account administrators can now proxy login to other XM Discover user accounts in their license. You must request this ability be enabled for your organization by contacting your XM Discover account team.
XM Solutions
- Psychiatric Inpatient Experience (PIX) Solution: This solution allows facilities to administer a PIX survey through Qualtrics. It also includes a dashboard that displays scores over time, information on the included questions, and FAQs.
