Features Released On Or Before July 1, 2026

 

Customer Success Hub

  • My Services: You can now easily check how many users you’ve nominated and what success checks you’ve used. “Use/Manage My Services” have been combined and simplified.

Dashboards

  • Add Widget Menu Updates: The appearance of the add widget menu within dashboards has been updated.
  • Recently Deleted Tab: Deleted dashboards within a project are now moved to the “Recently Deleted” tab, where they can be restored within 30 days.

Insights Explorer

  • Insights Explorer: Insights Explorer is now accessed via the navigation menu in the top lefthand corner of your Qualtrics account.

Online Panels

  • Custom Targeting Ranges: You can now use custom ranges for the numeric targeting criteria Age or Household Income when creating a quantitative or synthetic online panel.

Surveys

  • Duplicate Detection Updates: When configuring Duplicate Detection, you can now select a custom duration to track duplicate responses, and select the number of duplicates that will be allowed before they start getting flagged.

360

  • Participants Tab (360): The Participants tab interface is now more modern and intuitive. All functionality remains, but “Subjects” are now “Feedback recipients” and “Evaluators” are “Feedback givers.”

Data Modeler

  • Data Model Version History: Data models now have a 10 day version history you can use to preview and restore previously published edits.

Tickets

  • Ticket Highlights and Custom Sections: An improved display for ticket data. Now you can separate fields by sections, and add formatting and color-coding. You can even choose the 3 most important metrics and comments to highlight in a ticket.

XM App

XM Discover

  • Generating Insights from Studio Widgets: You can generate insights based on your widgets in Studio in XM Discover. Generated insights will leverage your Studio widget filters to narrow the data scope of the insight, and you can save generated insights to a new Studio dashboard.

XM Platform

  • Setting a Favorite App: If you have access to multiple apps, you can now set a favorite. You will then be taken directly to your favorite when logging in without having to select it.
