Audio & Video Editor
- Audio & Video Language Updates: Automated Summaries, Chapters, and Interview Notes can now be generated in languages other than English. You can also re-generate summaries in additional languages.
Digital Feedback
- Appearance Studio: Appearance Studio is a new visual editor for designing the look and feel of your digital intercepts. It allows you to build responsive layouts, apply brand styling, and configure accessibility and translation options without writing custom CSS code. Locations
- Rules to Prevent Duplicate Locations: Now when you create location directories, use a field of your choice to prevent duplicate entries.
Tickets
- Filtering tickets: Follow-up page filters have been enhanced, with a more intuitive user interface and more criteria to choose from.
Workflows
- Run History and Status Updates: Within run history there are new statuses for workflows and workflow tasks. You can also view more detailed information about files processed within your workflows, and set up notifications for workflow statuses beyond just successes and failures.

Participants Tab (360): The Participants tab interface is now more modern and intuitive. All functionality remains, but “Subjects” are now “Feedback recipients” and “Evaluators” are “Feedback givers.” Rollout is complete. This feature is now available to all eligible users.

EX Dashboards
- Enhanced Confidentiality for Org Hierarchies (EX): If you filter your dashboard by participant metadata and then adjust your org hierarchy filter, you may notice that some units cannot be selected. This is to protect the confidentiality of teams; you must update your other filters to select this unit. An information icon now appears when attempting to select a unit this applies to.
- Translations for Action Plan Reporting: You can now fully translate EX action plan reporting pages.
Survey Projects
- Email Distribution Updates: The appearance of the email distributions tab within survey projects has been updated. The legacy email tab can be accessed until September 30, 2026.
