Conjoint & MaxDiff
- Research Agent for Conjoint/MaxDiff Projects: Our AI-powered Research Agent can offer suggestions for your Conjoint or MaxDiff project and then build it for you, allowing you to quickly get started with your research.
Dashboards
- "Include all Widget Content" Disabled by Default: The “Include all widget content” setting is now disabled by default when exporting a dashboard. This setting can be enabled when you want to include all of the widget’s data in the export.
Data Modeler
- Data Model Version History: Data models now have a 10 day version history you can use to preview and restore previously published edits.
- Recommended Transformations: As you build a dataset, the data modeler analyzes the sources you’ve added and makes intelligent recommendations for what to do next, which you can implement with just one click.
Moderated User Testing
- Shared Calendar Invites: You can now create calendar invites for interviews scheduled within Moderated User Testing and In-Depth Interview projects. Calendar invites are sent directly to both the moderator and participant’s calendars, and allow greater visibility into who has accepted an interview.
Research Hub
- Research Hub AI Summaries: Now when you search Research Hub, AI will enrich the summary by citing relevant quantitative data points uncovered in pinnable dashboard widgets.
Tickets
- Ticket Highlights and Custom Sections: An improved display for ticket data. Now you can separate fields by sections, and add formatting and color-coding. You can even choose the 3 most important metrics and comments to highlight in a ticket.
XM App
- Enabling/Disabling Specific Dashboard Pages: The option to enable or disable specific dashboard pages in the XM App is now available by default.
XM Discover
- Artificial Intelligence (AI): Smart Audit’s LLM has changed from Haiku 3.5 to Haiku 4.5.
- Generating Insights from Studio Widgets: You can generate insights based on your widgets in Studio in XM Discover. Generated insights will leverage your Studio widget filters to narrow the data scope of the insight, and you can save generated insights to a new Studio dashboard.
XM Platform
- Setting a Favorite App: If you have access to multiple apps, you can now set a favorite. You will then be taken directly to your favorite when logging in without having to select it.
360
- Participants Tab (360): The Participants tab interface is now more modern and intuitive. All functionality remains, but “Subjects” are now “Feedback recipients” and “Evaluators” are “Feedback givers.” This feature is gradually rolling out from July 1 to July 22. 2026.

Digital Feedback
- Appearance Studio: Appearance Studio is a new visual editor for designing the look and feel of your digital intercepts. It allows you to build responsive layouts, apply brand styling, and configure accessibility and translation options without writing custom CSS code. Locations
- Rules to Prevent Duplicate Locations: Now when you create location directories, use a field of your choice to prevent duplicate entries.
Tickets
- Filtering tickets: Follow-up page filters have been enhanced, with a more intuitive user interface and more criteria to choose from.
Workflows
- Run History and Status Updates: Within run history there are new statuses for workflows and workflow tasks. You can also view more detailed information about files processed within your workflows, and set up notifications for workflow statuses beyond just successes and failures.
