Online Panels
- Incentive Credits: You can now purchase incentive credits and allocate them by division. These can be used to reward Qualitative panel recruits for their participation.
- Subscription Credits: You can now use pre-purchased subscription credits to pay for Qualitative panels.
Features Starting On & After July 1, 2026
Dashboards
- Recently Deleted Tab: Deleted dashboards within a project are now moved to the “Recently Deleted” tab, where they can be restored within 30 days.
Insights Explorer
- Insights Explorer: Insights Explorer is now accessed via the navigation menu in the top lefthand corner of your Qualtrics account.
Surveys
- Duplicate Detection Updates: When configuring Duplicate Detection, you can now select a custom duration to track duplicate responses, and select the number of duplicates that will be allowed before they start getting flagged.
360
- Participants Tab (360): The Participants tab interface is now more modern and intuitive. All functionality remains, but “Subjects” are now “Feedback recipients” and “Evaluators” are “Feedback givers.”
