Employee Experience
- Update to Redesigned EX Widgets: A new design for heat map widgets, bubble chart widgets, scorecard widgets, question list widgets, and engagement summary widgets has been available for newly created widgets for some time. With this release, you can now migrate any legacy widgets to the new experience by editing the legacy widget and selecting "Update Now." Remaining legacy widgets will be automatically migrated at a later date.
- Employee Directory: The EX directory has been updated with a more modern and intuitive design.
Workflows
- Extract Data from Zendesk Task: This new extractor task allows you to extract data from Zendesk and bring it into Qualtrics. This task can be configured as part of an ETL workflow.
360
- Instruction Messages: Instruction messages for the 360 portal have been moved from the Messages tab to a new Portal Configuration tab for ease-of-navigation.

Employee Experience
- Action Planning Usage Rate Widget: The action planning usage rate widget helps you understand how action planning is being utilized across your organization. This widget displays how many users have access to action planning and how many action plans they’ve created, broken out by your org hierarchy.
Website / App Insights
- AI Summary for Session Replay: You can now generate a summary for each session when viewing sessions within Digital Assist. Summaries offer a quick overview of key behaviors and friction points, allowing you to understand user sessions more efficiently.
Workflows
- Workflow Versioning: When editing a workflow, your edits will be saved as a “Draft” version. This draft can be published and will become the new activated version of your workflow. If needed, you can view the old versions of your workflow and reactivate them to restore their functionality.
