Organization Translations Settings: Brand Admins now have organization-wide control of the automatic, third-party translation providers users can access in Qualtrics.
CX Dashboards

Emailing Dashboards: Recipients can now resubscribe to scheduled dashboard emails by using the same link they used to unsubscribe.

Large Emailed Dashboards: Emailed dashboard exports now support files larger than 20MB; these will be included as a download link instead of attached directly in the email.

Text iQ

Updates to Text iQ-Powered Survey Flows: The Text iQ survey flow element has been updated, including a refreshed UI for enhanced navigability.
Website / App Insights
- Survey Responses within Session Replays: You can now see survey responses within the Sessions tab in Digital Assist. These responses will also show up in the timeline when viewing an individual replay.
XM App
- Deprecation of Legacy Dashboards in Mobile App: All legacy dashboards views in the Qualtrics XM app will be automatically updated to the current dashboards view. There will be no option to switch back. This change applies to CX, EX, and BX dashboards in the mobile app.
XM Directory
- Similar Fields in XM Directory Import: When you import a contact file into XM Directory, Qualtrics will flag any fields in your import that are similar to existing embedded data fields in the directory.

Workflows

AI Response Task: This task leverages the Qualtrics LLM, allowing you to run prompts within a workflow. Since the LLM is native to Qualtrics, no additional steps or credentials are required to use it.

XM Directory Event App: This event is fully deprecated. Instead, try the Experience ID Change Event, which has all of the same functionality plus useful upgrades.
