- Download All Related Distributions: You can now download all related distributions within the distribution history for email and SMS invites. This downloads all related reminders, and allows you to see whether a survey response came from an initial invite or a reminder message.

- Conversation Transcript Task: Use this new task to upload a transcript to Qualtrics whenever an event happens on another platform.

Distributions
- Deprecation of MessageBird SMS Provider: MessageBird is no longer available as a supported self-service provider for sending SMS distributions in Qualtrics.
- Survey-Specific Weekly Email Limit: If a specific survey has shown low engagement and a high complaint rate over the last 90 days, a breakdown of distribution performance will appear for easy troubleshooting, and your weekly emails for that survey will be reduced.
Employee Experience
- Displaying Benchmarks in EX Widgets: Key EX widgets, like heatmaps and scorecards, now support benchmarks. It’s also now easier to adjust benchmarks on widgets in EX dashboards.
Surveys
- Conversational Feedback: Response clarity is now compatible with other validation settings, meaning you can combine this feature with character length requirements, custom validation, or text-only content validation.
Website / App Insights
- Visual Selector for Masking Elements: In the session setup tab of a Website / App Insights project, you can now select elements to mask or unmask by pointing and clicking within your website. This allows you to automatically generate CSS selectors to add to your masking rules, and eliminates the need to create them manually.
