Features Released On Or Before September 16, 2026

 

CX Dashboards

  • Full Record View: The full record view now has significant user interface improvements, such as an improved editor and the removal of the “Emails” tab; instead, emailed ticket replies are integrated with the ticket view.

EX Dashboards

  • Heatmap Widget Updated Export: Data within heat map widget exports is now displayed the same way the widget appears in the dashboard for all export formats. This includes the color gradient that is present in the dashboard widget.

Release Notes

  • Release Notes In-Product Guide: Recent Qualtrics releases will now be announced within your Qualtrics account. Visiting the linked resources in the guide will allow you to view past updates and subscribe to receive updates in your inbox.

Survey Platform

  • Access Codes Update: The user interface of the Access Codes tab within Distributions has been updated. You can access the legacy experience until November 30, 2026.

Unmoderated User Testing

  • UX Testing App: This new mobile app allows you to conduct unmoderated user testing with participants on their mobile devices. It includes the ability to test external apps, websites, and prototypes via mobile.

The Release Notes In-Product Guide would be useful for colleagues who doesn’t really visit the XM Community page.
