Dashboards
- Table Widget: Table widgets broken out by multiple row dimensions can now be expanded and collapsed. Editors can even adjust the default behavior for rows.
Engagement
- Guided Engagement Roles: You can now use our guided flow to create participant roles.
EX Dashboards
- Heat Map Widgets: With multilevel breakouts, you can now break out scores by multiple fields at the same time, showing how the intersection of employee demographics affects performance.
Social Listening
- Social Listening Workflows: Now when you connect a social channel, you start from a template, making the workflow faster and easier to complete.
- X for Social Listening: You can now pull X.com posts, replies, quote replies, and keyword searches into your Social Channels project.

Features Starting On & After October 7, 2026
CX Dashboards
- Insights Widget: This analysis widget summarizes open text dashboard data to identify common themes and key insights. It uses the same prompts as Insights Explorer, but allows you to display this information directly within a dashboard, alongside other data visualizations.
Dashboards
- Action Plan Details Widget: This new widget shows each action plan’s owners, due dates, progress, and more all in one place. This widget is available in all action plan-compatible dashboards, including Engagement, Lifecycle, Pulse, and CX Dashboards.
- Public CX Dashboards: You can now enable public dashboards directly within your CX dashboard. Reach out to your Account Team for access to this feature.
SSO
- Adding an SSO Connection: You can now set the delimiter used to separate multiple values for incoming data. As an Admin, select from 7 common delimiters when you set up the SSO connection.
Website / App Insights
- Embedded Creatives in Appearance Studio: You can now edit and publish embedded appearances within Appearance Studio. These appearances sit within your website layout instead of on top of it.
Workflows
- Manage Users in CX Directory Task: In addition to adding and updating users in CX user admin, you can now delete users with workflows. This ETL task was formerly named “Load Users into CX Directory.” Existing workflows with the load function are unaffected by this update.
- Manage Users in EX Directory Task: In addition to adding and updating participants in the employee directory, you can now delete participants with workflows. This ETL task was formerly named “Load Users into EX Directory.” Existing workflows with the load function are unaffected by this update.
