I'm obviously missing something. I've figured out there is a 24 hour block on sending SMS message but how do you test distributions more than once in a 24 hour period? Can someone explain what I have to do to test sending an SMS distribution. It seems no matter what I do, new survey, new contact list, new contact, new message, if a number has been used once it will not send again.

+5If you delete the distribution, it should send again. If that is not working, it would be due to already receiving a response, delete the response from Data & Analysis tab.
