Load EX25 Guided Action Plans?

I 100% agree this is a significant time suck that needs some type of automation available. I would add it as an enhancement request but that process is definitely not a pleasant user experience anymore.

Survey Results - filter with selectable values

That did it @MatthewM!!  I was worried it might not impact responses already received but that wasn’t the case.Is there a way to show the response rates on the results page for our customers?  Once I figure out how to resolve the errors I’m seeing below that is... Thanks for your help!

Thanks for the reply @Umang Upadhyay but I believe those might be instructions for a diff version than we’re using.  We’re on EX and the steps above aren’t available from the dashboards.

+1 for this capability.  We do the same with quite a few programs that have multiple surveys.

🎯 New Year’s Resolutions | Badge of the Month | January 2024

My career goal this year is to take back control of my own destiny.  I’ve had to put a great deal on hold to get things in order for taking care of my husband.  He was diagnosed with Young Onset Alzheimer’s a couple of years ago and had to stop working this past year. Started with knocking out Essentials yesterday. 🥂 Now on to EmployeeXM after we get through our engagement survey.

❄️ Favorite Holidays | Badge of the Month | December 2023

LOVE sweet potato casserole at Thanksgiving and for our traditional Christmas Day brunch my dad made the absolute best biscuits.  He tweaked his recipe and process to perfection but we lost him before any of us were able to learn his secrets. 😥 As for a holiday sweet, mom’s buckeye balls!  When I was a kid I would make myself sick from eating too many.  🤣 haha

Pulse survey frequency

Annual baseline in first of Feb with Pulse in July.  Tried Quarterly but began receiving requests from department leaders to opt-out.

Text IQ Topic EX Dashboard Data fields

Thanks for the info Scott!  I was actually talking about all these fields that need to be added to the dashboard data for each question. “QID# – Topics” as a Multi-Answer Text Set “QID# – Sentiment” as a Text Set “QID# – Sentiment Score” as a Numeric Value “QID# – Topic Sentiment Label” as a Multi-Answer Text Set “QID# – Topic Sentiment Score” as a Multi-Answer Text Set “QID# – Actionability” as a Multi-Answer Text Set

Combining response date into 1 data value for dashboards

They are valid responses and we’re using the recorded date in a graph to show responses by day.  If I exclude the “day early” responses (we had a rogue email go out) then the graph total doesn’t match the Responses total everywhere else.  Thinking the best option at this point is ditch the graph or switch to weekly view but that doesn’t provide the info we need to see spikes based on reminders going out.  Not the end of the world.  We put too much focus on response rates as it is hitting close to or above the 90% mark every time.

I didn’t realize just how much I used the Community until it was down for the transition.  All the tips, tricks and custom code that you won’t find in the support documents have resulted in a completely different survey experience for our employees.  It may not seem like much, but even minor formatting changes can significantly impact both perception and ease of completion, which can increase the quality & quantity of responses.

Ah, that is much cleaner!  We have an existing field we can use called Worker Type with values of Regular & Contract. REALLY appreciate you taking the time to assist me with this, especially the scenario testing!muchas gracias!

Is it possible to distribute one engagement survey with both Anon & Personal Links

Ok that makes sense.  I wasn’t sure if I could use both types of link in the same survey.So my branches will basically be the full survey in each branch, with the authenticator at the top of one, but not the other.  Yes?As for the embedded metadata, if everyone, even the ones not in active directory, are loaded as participants in the survey what metadata do I need to embed?

Display EX Ad Hoc individual responses on a dashboard

Thanks @EricCrayon101!  I failed to mention it is a truly anonymous survey unless the participant provides their name to be contacted (optional) ...kind of an important piece of info.  lol  That said, we were able to provide what we thought the biz owner wanted.  But turns out they want to be able to click on a comment in the response ticker widget and have the dashboard filter all the other widgets to that respondent.

Historical comparisons based on current hierarchy without mapping 10k EEs

 I want to set up 2 hierarchies in an engagement survey...one based on the org hierarchy in the current project, and one based on the hierarchy in the “last” project.  According to the below excerpt from a support article, I should be able to create both of these in versions in the same project using the same fields...no recommended, but still doable.  Does anyone know if this capability has changed because the Mgr ID meta field I used in the first hierarchy doesn’t appear in my selection list for the second parent/child hierarchy I want to create.  I know how to add a second field, but don’t want to do that if I don’t have to. Can I use the same metadata field to build multiple org hierarchies in the same project?×Technically you can use the same fields to generate multiple hierarchies, but we don't recommend it. For example, if you need to make changes to one hierarchy, but not the other, it'll be impossible to separate those changes if they're using the same fields.Instead, we recom

❄️ Holiday Traditions | Badge of the Month | December 2022

Christmas Eve Candlelight carols at church and Christmas brunch hosted at my house every year. Our traditional menu is a huge southern breakfast with mimosas and sausage balls for appetizers. Someone inevitably brings up the grease fire I started the first time I cooked said sausage balls. And the condition the stove was in afterward. 🤨 We eat as if we've fasted for a week then pile up on our huge sectional to watch Elf or something similar. It's one of the few times a year everyone can turn the world off and relax in the moment...then the snoring starts! LOL
