I would like to know if there is a way to automatically delete XM Directory contacts in bulk within Qualtrics.
For example, if I have a list of contacts that need to be removed, can this be done by uploading a file (CSV/Excel) containing contact identifiers, or through any automated process such as Workflows, APIs, SFTP imports, or other supported methods?
My goal is to avoid manually searching for and deleting contacts one by one, especially when dealing with a large volume of records.
Has anyone implemented a similar solution, or are there any recommended best practices for bulk contact deletion?
