Exporting survey data from Qualtrics and the respondent identifier fields are redacted

Hi, 

I’m exporting survey data from Qualtrics and the respondent identifier fields (e.g., RecipientEmail/Name) are redacted as ******* in Data & Analysis and in the Excel export.
How can I enable View Restricted Data for my Qualtrics user account , or advise who can do this? I need a non-redacted export for research linkage (pseudonymised ID is also fine ).

 

I hope that someone can advise please.

​@mob2026 , As mentioned by ​@Chee Heng_SZ , Please reach out to your brand admin to find out the redact rules implemented.

Note:
If you select Redact sensitive information from survey responses, the information that violates the policy is completely deleted. The rest of the response will be fine, but the flagged and redacted information itself will be removed and irretrievable.

    Is this project a shared project?

    If so, you might want to contact the project owner for the access.

     

    If not, it could be a setting that was made to both the owner and your account or either account by your brand administrator.

    Contact your brand administrator to request for the access.
