Google Address Autocomplete not working

Hi, newbie here. I am trying to enable the Google Places address autocomplete on a question, exactly as provided in the documentation, https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/survey-module/editing-questions/question-types-guide/standard-content/autocomplete-questions-supplemental-data/#GoogleMaps , but keep getting JS errors
Screen Shot 2021-07-12 at 11.09.18 AM.pngand an 'Unexpected Error' when attempting to preview or after publishing the survey. What am I missing?

    Try refreshing the link, the unexpected error might be resolved and for the displayedvalue of undefined can you check your javaScript again.
