My survey features a heat-map format question, consisting of a graphic. The graphic is square, but ideally I want to limit the selection range for participants so they may only place a marker within the circular field implied. Currently a participant may mark anywhere on the graphic.

It would be greatly appreciated if someone might indicate how I can design a custom selection region that fits the circular model, rather than the square graphic.
