We want to give similar (but differently worded) surveys to parents & children, have the surveys connected to each other anonymously, run a project/activity, then have them each do a post-survey (again similar but differently worded - to show any change that occurred) that would be linked to their first survey results as well as each other. Is this possible and if so how would we set it up? (4 surveys, 2 test takers, linking pre- & post-test for each as well as link each individuals test to the others)

Are we collecting any unique data on the survey which would help to identify the parent/student individually as well as establish the relation between them?If yes, then we can use this unique identifier on dashboards and compare data for all four surveys.If no, then this seems to be not feasible.
