How to display a question to 1 respondent out of 4

Hi,
I want to add a retroaction question to my survey. Our company does not have the capacity to call back 100% of our respondents. Therfore, i'd like only 25% of our respondent to see this question. How can I do that ?

Option 2: Generate a random number between 1 and 4. Display the quesiton only when the value is equal to only one of them.

    Put it in a randomizer along with three empty blocks and display only one.
