I cannot select translations when exporting a survey to a Word file.

According to step 5 of these directions I should be able to select which languages I want to export to a Word document. But the option is not there (see fig 1). My survey is translated (see fig 2). Why can’t I see the option?

I figured it out! I need to select “Show to respondents” for each translation.

  1. Click the vertical ellipsis next to the translation.
  2. Select “Show to respondents”.
  3. The “Visible to respondents” column should update from No to Yes.
  4. Repeat for each translation.
