According to step 5 of these directions I should be able to select which languages I want to export to a Word document. But the option is not there (see fig 1). My survey is translated (see fig 2). Why can’t I see the option?

I figured it out! I need to select “Show to respondents” for each translation.
- Click the vertical ellipsis next to the translation.
- Select “Show to respondents”.
- The “Visible to respondents” column should update from No to Yes.
- Repeat for each translation.
