Within one block, I have several text pages and questions about one topic. I would like to randomize one of these text pages across blocks so that in every block only one but any of these certain pages could occur? Is this possible or do I need to do a million different blocks? :)

Yes it's definitely possible. You will need to set a counter variable and then via randomizer just pick one and mark it to let's say 1 then for the next randomizer set the logic to be picked if that counter is not 1 and repeat for the number of questions you want to pick randomly.
