Is there a way for me to download a list of all my unsubscribed/opted out contacts?

I'm interested in downloading a .csv file of ALL my contacts that have unsubscribed/opted out of my Qualtrics surveys (over the years) so I can add those same emails to my organization's point of sales Do Not Contact databases. I can't find a way to do that. Does anyone know if it can be done? (I don't have DirectoryIQ.)

Assuming that all these contacts are present in contact list(s), you can filter out opted-out contacts from a particular list and download them in a CSV file.
If you have multiple contact lists, you will have to download the export from each contact list.
