Old/New interface - Problems with number of questions?

Hi there,
Hoping someone can help me understand why my published survey built with the "old" interface tells me I have a 4 questions in my first block. (yes - I do) BUT when I view my survey in the "new" interface it tells me I have 6 questions in my first block? (which I don't! I have 4 questions).
I have added a forced response to the last question in the first block (which is my informed consent question) , which should mean that the user must click on this to progress further with the survey. So, I am very confused to see in the data and analysis tab that several users have been able to complete my survey BUT this validity forced response question remains empty. Puzzled.
Any ideas how to fix this issue welcome?

Is it possible that you have page breaks in the first block? With the new editor, page breaks are being counted as questions (which is weird). This could be the reason why it's showing 6 instead of 4.

I am not sure what's wrong with the last question in your block. Just make sure that the survey is published.
