As per my knowledge there is no direct way to recover the deleted tickets but you can contact Qualtrics Support may be they can help you to recover the tickets

If you have the ticketID captured with you then the Support team should help you retrieve the information.
Agree only recoverable by contacting support with the relevant information. I really don’t like how easier it is for tickets to be deleted personally and wish this was something Qualtrics changed. One thing I have set up is a workflow that sends me an email with all the ticket details should a ticket be deleted - one so we retain some record of it and also so I know someone has deleted it.
