I am trying to export a survey to a word doc, but it looks completely different. The word document does not show half of the items I put in, instead showing generic blocks (e.g. “Text / Graphic Thanks for checking out the Qualtrics Surveys Question Walkthrough! “). It only does this for the word export. The pdf export looks perfectly normal.

If the requirement is to export the survey in questionnaire format then the best way to export is in the pdf format. The word version will give you all blocks, logics, etc. which is necessary if you want all such details to go through.

Thanks, I know all that. My query is more about the difference between the word version and the actual survey. The word version has stuff in there that the pdf version or online version simply doesn’s show.

As you can see, it’s generic Qualtrics stuff - but it only shows up in the word version when I print out the survey. There’s nothing similar in the online version, and the pdf version doesn’t show it either.
Your survey seems to include some “ghost questions”. I guess those questions are not part of your survey, right?
You might want to get in touch with the Qualtrics support.
That doesn’t look like intended behavior of the Word export. My exports do not include such “ghost questions”.
