I have a problem with my account - when I try to log in a message appears: "account is disabled". As far as I understood through the forums, I have to contact information within Account Settings, however, I have no access to my account because of this message, and I cannot see who I have to contact to. Please, help.

Are the brand admin or just a general user? You may need to contact your brand admin.

I have an "organization is disabled" message coming up after changing my password. How do I login?
And how/why can I log on to XMcommunity but not into Qualtrics XM... please someone clarify.
