We are having participants click into our Survey through a Facebook Ad. Is there a way to send them a link to resume their survey if they have not completed the survey? I found the option to send them a retake link but it has the caveat that they must have completed the survey. Any help is appreciated.

It looks like you were able to contact our Support team about this one and they provided a solution for you! This is a tricky one since it's not possible to track the information of respondents through Anonymous Links unless you explicitly ask them for information. One recommendation would be to create two surveys - one that is displayed right away requesting the user's email that redirects to the second survey collecting your data.
