Add a descriptive question type and add your statement.
Keep both multiple choice and descriptive question in one screen

Sorry, I don't figure it out. Can you talk more in detail? I only find Descriptive Text OR multiple choice.

What do you mean by force keep both the questions.
I meant not to add any page break between them

yaozhao you control how many questions appear on a page with adding manual page breaks (an option in editor on the bar to your right). These will only get ignored if they don't adhere to the set up in Look and Feel for number of questions per page.
