For one of my question, I have a free text box along with a multiple choice where the user can select between 1 to 5.
But looks like for far for the same question I can either have a text box or a multiple choice select.
Is there a way to have text box and multiple choice for the same question?

+22You can provide text entry to one of the multi select option and then using custom code you can hide the label of that text entry, so it looks like only a text entry box.
