How to set up an automatically email when the date expire

Hi, I would like to set up an email including the survey, when the data of the old survey expire. The idea is to upload a file in Contacts (or in another tab if is needed) including the expire date and send an automatically email with the new survey. Can I get some help on this? Many thanks

Hi, @caterinabs! In regards to sending out an email with a link to the survey, you will want to schedule an email distribution. Within this setup, you can specify the link expiration, which is separate from the survey expiration.
