Linking email with RANDOM ID in a contact list

I have provided each survey responder with a Random ID.

I would like to link that random ID to each email in the contact list and then use that email + random ID to allow responders to access a second post-test survey.

In this way, I would like to link both surveys and be able to review the responses together.
