Messages Library "create new message" option missing.....
I can't seem to find a way to create a new message. Supposedly there's supposed to be a green button somewhere? I need to do this to load my survey onto mturk. Please help. see image below

+38@TysonGersh you could try to do this through the survey interface instead of the messages library. For instance if you are trying to add an end of survey message you should have the option in the survey editor interface to add messages where necessary. And in distributions you can write the email and choose to save it to the library after drafting the email. It could be a work around if you don't have time to wait for Support in this instance, but definitely contact them so you don't keep hitting this problem in the future.
