Multiple choice with one of the options being a text field?

Hi bhplunkett, Using the Likert matrix table question, you can't make text boxes out of the actual scale points like you can for a multiple choice question. However, you could make each individual option a text box. Just select the question you'd like to change, go to the right hand side of the page, click the green box the screen, mouse over the matrix table option under the standard questions, click the drop down arrow, and select one of the text entry options.
