redirect to url in sample list

Hello, I'm wondering if it is possible to customize the redirect link for each respondent. In my sample list, I have a field called 'googleURL' which contains a specific url for each respondent. I'd like to pipe that in so that each respondent is redirected to that specific url when they end the survey. Any input is appreciated! Thanks!
