Sending out general message prior to the NPS survey | XM Community

HI, we will be sending out a NPS survey next week.

However we would like to send everyone already a short mail with an attached document, to explain what we are about to do.



How can we do this ? I have tried to set up a "general message" but I cannot use this message type in the distribution. Has anyone done this before ?
You can send general email to your sample without survey link and you can add link to your document which you want to attach.

I have tried this, but i then says at the bottom that I need to add a survey link ?

Hello @nicovanpuyenbroeck_1 ,

You must add the survey link and while composing the message in source"<>" mode, you can hide the survey link by adding `style="display:none"` to the survey link `<div>` element
It doesn't require generaly, if so add link under comment so that it will not appear in email
