Setup/customize survey similar to Free Covid-19 XM Solutions

I was looking at the Free Covid-19 XM Solutions and would like to do a survey using the same concept of setting up a pre survey to customize according to my users before the main survey.
I would like to know how the setup/Overview survey was linked to the actual survey in Qualtrics.

    Once you go through setting up the XM solutions you should be able to modify the questions (add / delete) and any setting as per your need.
    For your use case, you can consider this solution as a starting point and then update it as per the requirement.
    This can be treated as actual survey.
