Why are my scale points reordering in a drop down?
+2In a drop-down profile matrix question I need to display the alphabet. However, even though the scale points are alphabetised in the correct order, they are being reordered in the survey. So, essentially, my alphabet is no longer alphabetised. Can someone explain this to me and whether there is a fix? Thanks!

Thanks bansalpeeyush29, for now this seems to have solved the problem. Hopefully they won't decide to reorder themselves again!
