Why do I gain access to all of the Look & Feel options?

I followed the steps to access and change the Look and Feel of my survey. However, I only have access to the Layout. The other options are greyed out and italicized. When I try to click on those areas, it does not allow me. Thanks for your help.

      UniWonder this sounds like it might be a restriction because of a static theme. Look at all the options under themes and choose one in the dynamics theme section. If there are none then this might be a limitation put on by your brand and I would reach out to to your brand administrator.
