I distributed my survey yesterday but since about an hour ago people get an error when opening it.
I get the same one, also when I want to log in!
It says:

Chat is typically available 5AM MST to 4:30PM MST, however, our Dublin team typically manages our early chat hours between 5AM and 7AM and they were not online this morning. But, you can always reach our support team via phone or email!
