I am using a single slider for a 5-star rating question and don't want the question to be next to the slider. If I delete the text it deletes the stars. Any thoughts on how to remove it?
Even better, any way to increase the size of the stars and adjust for mobile?

Instead of errasing the text Q1 just put an space in the label, and it will disappear
@ana_velez_voce Can I add labels on top of 1st star and 5th Star?
