Master Matrix Clearing with Qualtrics API, Use Survey Flow Instead of JavaScript & Fix Dashboard Data Mapping

How to hide a matrix and clear radio responses on checkbox toggle. The community recommended using the Qualtrics API (QuestionData.getInstance / setChoiceValue) instead of DOM manipulation for reliable clearing.

How to grey out parts of a question based on another answer. Members shared ready-to-use JavaScript to disable and clear dependent fields when "N/A" is selected.

How auto-code values (state → region) without custom code. The community shared two paths: use Survey Flow + Embedded Data for server-side mapping when maintenance matters, or JavaScript when real-time visible selection is required.

A member flagged a missing dashboard metric filter option. The solution: verify the option exists in Data & Analysis, confirm your dashboard data source is mapped to the correct question field, and ensure recode values match.
