This week, get the latest on merch store point balances and what we're doing to fix it, learn how to resolve web intercept repeat display issues, and discover proven strategies to combat declining survey response rates with QR codes and email embedding techniques.

Congratulations to @SCK02005 and @AngieYYS7661 for reaching Level 2!

Merch Store UpdateWe want to address something you may have noticed with your merch store orders and point balances.

What happened:

Starting in June, a technical glitch awarded points incorrectly—more than your actual community balance showed. We discovered this in October when a member flagged it (thank you!) and have been working to resolve the issue completely.

What this means for you:

  • Cancelled orders: Your balance didn't have enough points to cover the purchase
  • Lower balances: We've reconciled your merch purchases against your true community point total to show your accurate current balance

We know this is frustrating, and we sincerely apologize for the confusion. This is our first online merch store, and we're learning as we go. We genuinely appreciate your patience as we work through these growing pains.

Have questions about your balance? Please reach out—we're here to help get things sorted.

Great post from @Sachin Nandikol!
