Unable to enable XM Directory automation option in Admin role

Dear Team,
We are trying to set-up integration b/w SuccessFactors and Qualtrics but we are unable to enable the XM Directory Automation option in admin role. This option is gray out. We raised a support ticket to SAP and they asked us to check with sales team regarding the licences. We connected with sales team and they are saying currently no option to automate this integration so you need to use csv import option but i checked all the documents and its clearly mentioned that we can integration Qualtrics using SFTP.
Request you to please help us to enable this option.

Have you check the user type? As a Brand Admin (user type), I have access to the xm directory automations.
