Why can't I see the "Admin" or "Organization Settings" options?

These settings are only visible to users with Brand Administrator permissions. You will need to contact your organization's Brand Admin to have them make these changes or grant you the necessary permissions.

I enabled an AI feature in the main settings, but a user still can't access it. What's wrong?

You must also check the user's individual permissions. Go to the Users tab, select the user, and ensure the specific AI feature is enabled in the permission tables under both the General and Survey Platform tabs.

What's the difference between the brand-wide settings and user settings?

The settings under Organization Settings > AI act as the master controls, making features available to the entire brand. The settings under the Users tab allow you to fine-tune which of those available features a specific individual can actually use.
