I have a self assessment type of survey and would like to show the respondent the results in the format of Radar chart after submitting the survey. Is it possible to create radar/spider chart in End of Survey message using the data collected in the survey?

I am not sure about End of Survey, but you could use a block at the end to display the information. You could do this with javascript using responses and embedded data and use a javascript like Radar Chart | Chart.js (chartjs.org).

Ok.. so I need to create the results as a block at the end and display it to the respondents. and the final submission of the survey will happen after display of this block?
+14That's how I would do it and just ensure that the responses will be recorded if they don't submit on that final page with the chart in the Survey options under the response section.
