Hi Lottie,

I’m a single person team trying to automate our survey process to update each rather. Most of this is done manually by myself each year updating simple information. How are you all automating processes within Qualtrics to make data collection easier? Are you using external systems or created macros? Any information you can provide is greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

-Terrance

Hi @TerranceMassey - I’m responding on behalf of Lotte who is having access issues. Please see below from Lottie. Also I’d recommend reaching out to your CSM/ XMSM to discuss where you could automate as its a broad topic and dependant on your use cases and set-up.

Hi Terrance

I am not really sure that I understand what you are trying to do?

It sounds like you have a fixed survey and you want to change the information that is collected, for instance adding an item to a drop down set of answer options. If this is the case we still do that manually.

If you have a set of surveys where you want to change the drop down values in all the surveys, I am pretty sure that you can link all the surveys  from a single root survey.  Then you would only have to change the available values once and the changes would go through to all your surveys.

I am sure there will be a course in the Qualtrics Boot Camp that can help with this.

Happy to answer more if this is not the answer you were looking for.

Lottie
