Always remember to take time for yourself to refill your tank.I have found that having hobbies and goals that keep me fit (training for obstacle courses, Jiu Jitsu, etc) keep me sharper and more focused. I try to stay away from vegatating in front of my TV when I am off work.

Yes! Doing an activity with a goal in mind also keeps me focused and helps me stay consistent.

Wellness tip: Spend time in the sun, stay consistent with the gym 3–4 times a week, encourage my close ones to do the same, and enjoy quality family time on weekends. We also make the most of our office pool by taking a relaxing dip once a week.

Your office has a pool?!! Jealous! 🏖

Qualtrics better start upping its game. No one cares about a basketball court anymore; better start digging for a pool!

I've been working from home for the past five years and didn't pay much attention to my health. Now, I've started going to the gym and eating healthier to feel more balanced and take better care of myself.

Quick tips ….

  • Take your vacation time! You need to decompress.
  • Daily walks to clear your head and good for your body.
  • Lift heavy weights to keep your muscles strong.
  • SLEEP and REST. Take the time to get on a good sleep schedule.
  • Feed your body what it needs not those evil cravings. You know what I am talking about.

Your body will thank you for all these things.
