In the Qualtrics context, I am truly grateful for the customer-centric approach that is evident throughout the platform.

There are plenty of training materials, all nicely structured; regular online trainings and webinars; and a supportive community for when standard approaches aren’t enough.

On top of that, our Success Managers go above and beyond compared to what I’m used to with other suppliers. Their proactive approach and willingness to deep dive and find answers have already made a big difference.

All in all, this overall bundle makes my life easier; a benefit that is certainly not guaranteed; and I appreciate it a lot.

This month, I’d like to express my gratitude to Michael Cooksey (@MichaelC)  from the Qualtrics team. Over the past year, I’ve had the chance to connect with him several times around X4 and the merch platform, and he has always been incredibly helpful and kind. I truly appreciate all the time and support he’s provided — thank you so much, Michael!🤗

I can’t find the original post, but years ago, I came across this tumblr thread/reddit rehash about “Do  good recklessly”. I’ve always told my kids that I don’t let other people decide what kind of person i want to be. In that, just because someone may take advantage of me or be disrepectful, it doesn’t mean that I need to change who i am or act out of character to respond in kind. I can continue to be me, and choose to be the best version of myself. i felt that this chain of thought on helping people and doing good recklessly so perfectly summed it up that I spoke at length about it to all of my children. We are all firm believers in giving back and helping others in need. Here is a link where somone posted the original tumblr thread:

I hope y’all have a Happy Thanksgiving and a lovely holiday and if you see someone in need, lend a hand!

I am tremendously thankful for community, especially today in the US. As people who conduct and deliver insights about the people we serve, I’m grateful for a field that is rooted in empathy. It motivates me to be a better listener and to bear other peoples’ needs before my own.

@AdamK12 Very much agree! We are lucky to have this opportunity to create community and hopeful impact people and society in a positive manner!

My heart is full reading everyone’s posts on this thread 💜 We are so lucky to have a Community of members who enjoy helping others succeed, and reminding us of the inherent good of humanity!

I am also struck by seeing how many new and long-term members are contributing to this post, and it makes me so excited for 2026 here on the Experience Community 🎉

It is sometimes hard to maintain a spirit of optimism but this group gives me hope every day 😁

Took me some time to mull this one over. Not because it was so difficult but because it can be answered in so many different was. There are no wrong answers! I ended up with my parents. I thank them deeply for:

💜 never minding when I came back with bad school grades (which was a lot!)

💛 being the live google before Google (my mom was a walking encyclopedic dictionary)

💗 for my brother and sister who I love very much (though they live on another continent we remain super close)

💚 for challenging us intellectually, never taking things for granted (fact based logical thinking)

💙 and finally for having travelled the world and exposed us to multiple cultures, languages and ways of life (literally lived in many countries & have circumvented the globe)

I’m genuinely grateful for the XM Community. There have been so many moments where I’m stuck, doing R&D and suddenly I find a past conversation where someone had the same question. The replies and breakdowns in the comments have saved me so much time and stress.

It’s small, but it means a lot knowing someone out there already faced the same problem and shared the solution for everyone else. That’s the kind of community vibe I really appreciate.
