During the first week of each month, we will post a new question, topic, or activity for you to connect with the community and earn a badge. All community members who join our team and contribute a thoughtful comment to this month’s discussion, between November 1 and November 30, will receive this badge worth 50 points by the end of the month.

This month, let’s show some love and support our XM Community members! Your task: Pick one or both of the options below and share your thoughts.

  • Comment and @mention an XM Community member or members you are thankful for, or…

  • ...Be generous and share with newcomers to the Community! What tips or advice do you have for new Qualtrics customers? Link to your favorite posts in the comments featuring time-saving tips, workarounds, custom code solutions, or other helpful advice you were thankful to find.

I am thankful for everyone in this community for their crucial support.

The one piece of advice I wish I had when I started using Qualtrics was this:

It is much harder to correct something after the fact. Research your projects and the appropriate architecture and data needed before deploying the project itself. And test everything in advance if possible.

I agree with so much that has been said!  I think my biggest take away is to just ask the question if you have it!  It doesn’t matter how silly you feel or straightforward it “should” be, everyone is willing to help you do a quick navigation or help get down to the ins and outs of a more in-depth project.

I do typically use the support page first and save my individual questions if I’m not able to find it, but the support area really provides a robust offering!!

I also agree with looking at what other’s questions are to see what use cases and projects people are working on.  It helps to expand our scope and depth of what is possible.

Completely agree! I enjoy reading the conversations that ensue from each question to get to a solution.

I am thankful for all the members who participate in the community - especially for answering all my questions!

My THANK YOU goes to all the members of the community, who ask questions and share their knowledge. In addition to Qualtrics’ official documentation, this community is a great source of knowledge and experience.
