Hi,
I have 10 multiple choice questions (multi select), each with around 30-40 answer codes. After these 10 questions answered, I want to take all codes selected across the 10 questions, randomly select one of them and then ask a follow-up question based on that selected code.
How can I do this?

A tedious solution:
You can create an additional mcq that contains all the answer choice and set the choice display logic for them to display when they are selected in the previous question (the 10 mcqs).
Then, for this mcq, apply the choice randomization to present only 1 choice.
Hide this mcq with javascript and pipe this displayed choice to your follow-up question.
